Customer Care Representative
- This is a remote sales position working with existing customers of The Medicare Man.
- Job Responsibilities
- Conduct periodic review of coverage for existing Medicare Supplement and Medicare Advantage customers.
- Help customers understand their insurance coverage and needs.
- Package sell the following supplemental insurance products.
- Final Expense
- Heart Attack/Stroke
- Hospital Indemnity
- Answer customer and carrier questions.
- Attend training sessions and Continued Education courses to maintain skills and license requirements.
- Additional duties, assignments and products may be assigned.
- Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or 2 years of experience in insurance sales.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Must be able to travel to San Antonio periodically for training purposes.
